WOMEN GO TECH - the first mentorship program in Lithuania only for women where TECH (ICT and engineering sectors) professionals share their knowledge and experience with selected female mentees. Through personal meetings with a mentor, mentee is able to find answers to possible career questions and discover professional potential.

Two primary mentorship programme goals are:

To encourage women to seek career in TECH, despite the prevailing stereotypes in society.

To encourage gender equality in labour market and women leadership in TECH through good examples of mentorship program.
